Viktor joined the data science team at Entact Bio, and he is excited to work closely with research scientists to build internal capabilities that enable the team to discover and to develop a medicine for patients based on a new mechanism of action.
His experience ranges from pharmaceutical sciences and wet lab work through bioinformatics and software engineering. Prior to joining Entact Bio, he worked at the Wyss institute and participated in DARPA and NIH funded research activities where he performed bioinformatics analysis, built internal tools, and managed research data. He also has experience in computational chemistry through his earlier role at Cyclerion Therapeutics. During his postdoc at the Epstein Lab in Brandeis University he applied numerical methods to model the dynamics in complex chemical systems.
In his free time Viktor enjoys going on hikes in New England, playing board games and trying out new restaurants in the Boston area with friends.
